Kellee Coleman (She/Her/Hers)
Kellee Coleman has over 20 years of equity and social justice training experience integrating media and popular education as strategies for social change. Kellee has been organizing in her community since she was a young person. Throughout her life, she has worked to bring people together for systemic change. Brandon Kroos (He/Him/His
Brandon Kroos is a multi-faceted data and analysis expert from Lincoln, NE. Possessing degrees in both Economics and Journalism, as well as a certificate of completion for an intensive 24-week data science bootcamp, he has the knowledge and background to know what questions to ask, how to find the answers, and how to present it in a way that’s easily understood for those not working with data every day.
Amanda Jasso (She/Her/Hers)
Amanda Jasso has over 14 years experience working on equity and inclusion initiatives across multiple systems, including within municipal government. She has experience providing racial equity consultation, training, and assessment across a large city government in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, Austin, Texas. At the City of Austin, she has supported cohorts of departments as they engage with the City’s first equity assessment process; this has included antiracist equity training, 1:1 coaching and support, researching promising practices, data evaluation, action planning, implementation of those plans, and evaluation of outcomes and impact. For this project, Amanda plans to tie this experience into the design, implementation, and evaluation of an assessment tool and process with the City of Des Moines.
